My focus in my massage treatments is to ease stress of both the body and mind to help you find a sense of grounding and pain-relief. My approach is logical, mindful, and always backed by knowledge and experience in order to get you the best results.

Pilates
Pilates might be just what your body’s been missing to find balance and improve connection to your core brain. The reformer can be an aid to movement for injured and unsteady areas, or serve as a new challenge for well-trained muscles to level up your skills.

Movement Training
My offering for personal training. We're focusing on solid, pain-free functional movement patterns. My “gym” is primarily kettlebells and resistance bands, but I will teach you everything you need to translate your skills into any setting or sport.

Online Programming
Nice and simple - you tell me your goals and I’ll make you a road map. With this offering, you will get one in-person (or virtual) 55 minute movement assessment and teaching session, as well as a progressive 3-5 day per week program to follow. Each program is ideally used for 8-12 weeks, depending on your goal. I will be checking in on your progress once a week to virtually provide feedback.
I find these programs work BEST when paired with 1-4 in-person training sessions per month to improve your movement skills and maintain accountability.
